You gotta feed the Mama well. Today for breakfast I made some lamb sausage with 1 1/2 pounds of free range grass fed lamb, mint leaves, sage, Italian seasonings, one egg, soy sauce, garlic and some smoke sauce. Then I put one of our chickens eggs over some home made brown rice sourdough caraway bread. Then there was a piece of my home made cherry/applesauce date raisin sourdough rice bread spread with grass fed Ghee, and some home made elderberry applesauce and a half of a home made pickle. (You know if you eat some fermented food with every Meat meal.... the meat goes down so happily )
