The Two Directions of the Sorcery Path..

There are two Directions of the sorcery Path, here on this forum I see folks going both ways. I think it is very important to understand the difference. These are often referred to as the Old Sorcery Path and the New Sorcery Path… I don’t really feel good about that terminology because it has nothing to do with linear time, it has to do with the Direction that the student is going on the Wheel of Evolution….I was tasked 50 years ago with bringing certain things more into the consciousness of the masses….. Due to some Powerful Magic I did right after I was shown this task…..some Magic I based upon an incorrect conclusion I came to during travels through the, “Death State”…. I based the Magic (my excuse was for Love)...on things that I learned in that InBetween Time as I have come to call it. However, the conclusion I came to …..was totally wrong. It cost me 40 years of my Life…. So my Responsibilities fell by the wayside as ...I became disconnected from my Teachers, and to put it concisely, and how few will understand it….I became a Ghosts Memory….. WTF does that mean? Well, if anybody actually cared to know I would attempt to explain it, however it exists Outside of the Matrix of the Tonal, so….language and context can be a problem…I also became way too psychic, had to quit a good job and head for the Hills as far from humans as I could get….… BUT the top item on that list of responsibilities was to bring out into mass consciousness the Truth about the Nature of a Souls Evolution, because most of what humanity Feels about this (because few bother to even think about it)….but there is a DNA Deep acceptance that the evolution of a Soul is basically a Linear ascension….which it is not, and I believe that...lie was put there, not for the best purposes. The Evolution of a Soul Begins, let’s say...in LIGHT. But it comes with this intention built in, to….”CREATE FOR ITSELF (and the whole of Creation), A “UNIQUE SEPARATE EXPRESSION”….. It does this with the tool of Duality….. It COLLECTS a DESCRIPTION built in dualistic matter…. It keeps defining and refining it’s Description, ALWAYS COLLECTING……. But eventually it reaches Critical Mass, it’s done son, all over Rover….. At this point, the Wheel REVERSES back upon itself….and the desire to create a unique separate expression to be painted upon the fabric of Creation…..CULMINATES….. The Wheel turns back upon itself, the goal changes…. Now you could say the Goal is…..what existed before that journey began, what exists BEFORE the Description……

This is NOT what I meant to write about here, but to understand the Nature of the 2 Sorcery Directions, we must first understand the Nature of EVOLUTION. The two directions of that.

Calling it,”the Old Sorcery Path” might lead one to think that this used to be the dominant type, and now here we are with the ,”New Sorcery”….. But the fact is, from what I have observed, there are a lot more folks on the Old Sorcery Path, then the New.

Neither is SUPERIOR to the Other…… they are simply going in opposite directions upon the Wheel of Evolution.(and neither of those is superior to the other)

I’ll do some comparisons:

The Old Sorcery sought KNOWLEDGE… they wanted to UNDERSTAND every freakin corner of the Tonal….. They ,”SAW” for the purpose of Expanding their Knowledge…. Carlos’s latter books were excellent examples of the Old Sorcery with emphasis on Moving the Assemblage point, and IOB’s Flyers etc….. I know there are a lot more examples but I sort of saw that he was going deeply into the old sorcery, and….. I am of the New Sorcery Line…… so it was useless to me.

The New Sorcery doesn’t seek knowledge, they seek Freedom. The Old Sorcerers came to an erroneous conclusion that the knowledge they Gleaned would bring them Freedom….it turns out it did the opposite. BUT that is as it is meant to be. Before one begins on the Path of the New Sorcery, they have to have reached critical mass on the First turn of the Wheel. We do not choose which direction we are going….Time has decided that for us……

Old Sorcerers have no use for the New Sorcery, and vice versa…… and they shouldn’t. And this is why I think it’s important to understand just which Direction we are going on, to avoid wasting time and energy doing things that won’t….serve us.

Old sorcerers want to collect knowledge, maybe pick up a few powers from their Seeing….OH, yeah. Old sorcerers See in a different way then the New. They see for the purpose of gaining knowledge, so they only need travel so deep in their seeing to do that….. New Sorcerers Must See. All the way to the end….. “Seeing” is basically moving backwards through the Pattern of any, what I call SURFACE PROJECTION…. That tree, that dude, that rock that IDEA, that Belief.. …. We see past the surface projection, beyond the DEFINITION…. And move backwards through the Pattern of it’s Evolution….. Some folks can move forward, those who,”see the future”…. The Old Seers go back through the pattern until they come upon something….. New and interesting….. and they stop…and Incorporate it into their Tonal….. let me give a warning here ...HMM??? a Habit can develop in the depth of our seeing, that...can be a big Impediment…… just let me say to the Old Seers out there….. You will always Learn something new in your Seeing Journeys, But make an effort to...not always stop at the first cool, interesting, useful thing you come across….. This might seem strange, but if we do this it sets up a ….habit of level depth…. And we don’t want that….So basically I’m saying, every so often SEE beyond the first ...Realization…. Yeah, it’s awesome good info, but it’s not going anywhere, so just let it go for now and SEE deeper still…..You want to learn to Flex in your Seeing, exercise it beyond the first stopping place….believe me, it goes much deeper….. so go deeper.

New Seers seek to go all the way through the entire pattern to the archetype of the Surface Projection...and THEN, one step more takes them into Eternity. And not be distracted by all the…. things to be learned and experienced along the way. A one pointed goal of the Freedom of Eternity.

The Old sorcery leads a person into a Deeper Density….

The New into a Greater LIGHT.

So, we ask ourselves. Do I want to know a bunch of powerful cool stuff…

Or do we want to free ourselves of Knowledge, to Embrace Pure Beingness….

And I wonder …. are there those who have never been in the Embrace of Pure Beingness (Nagual), who would Desire that……? Maybe Not. Maybe that’s why sometimes a good Teacher can give a person a well placed and timed WHACK and knock them temporarily into the Nagual….because seriously who would seek what they do not Know.., And once we have our first dance with the Nagual….. there is NOTHING in Creation more important then returning to It. I wonder if having embraced the Nagual is a common trait among those on the New Path… ???

There are endless powers available to the old Sorcerers ….it is important to Touch them softly however, or they will end up Owning you… My Teachers had a “rule of three”…. I was told not to exercise any Magic more then 3 times, as it would become a Habit….and trap my awareness. They wanted me to Experience as many possibilities without getting trapped by one. I have found that this rule is IMPORTANT on many levels….. Don Juan called them Routines, which are to be avoided on many levels...…. So just know pretty much Anything is possible with SILENCE and INTENT…. But once again, INDULGING in it for powers sake…. Will limit your Freedom on the Path.

New sorcerers are NOT collecting Knowledge, they are concerned only with the Practice that brings them to the Totality…..and that is very Simple. As I say, as simple as Silence and Intent…… losing self importance, erasing personal history etc, seem to just be naturally incorporated…… Stopping the World is a key at the center of it….

Don Juan Sought Knowledge, I think he had sort of a cultural lack of self esteem, believing that Knowledge made a person a better man…. His ,”Indianness” considered to be IGNORANCE…. But he was also simply of the old sorcery line….. He ,”saw” to gain knowledge…. He also concerned himself with IOB’s, Flyers, moving the assemblage point etc. The old sorcery was built on an intricate knowledge of these thing.

New Sorcerers see these as, “Indulgings” for themselves, but recognize them as part of the Path of the Old sorcery line.

To determine which Direction we are going we can simply look at our day to day life.

Are we Collecting a Definition of ourselves, are we trying to find Security in our relationship with the world at large? Do we Crave learning new Things ?…Do you love getting into the details of things?

Are we Craving Silence, and Freedom and letting go of things (ideas, beliefs, Desires) more then we are collecting them.? Are we more ,”Big Picture” then,”Detail Oriented” ?

The Don Juan books are great resources for the Old Sorcery Line….also Tibetan Yogic techniques as they were back in the day before we were….re-routed into the general population… I’m not sure what happened after that, but Evanz Wentz did some translating in a Book called Tibetan Yoga and Secret Doctrines that you might also find useful…..

For the New Sorcery Line I’d suggest the Yoga Sutras of Patanjili, and maybe the White Magic Book from the Tibetan Master as translated by Alice Bailey….

I don’t read a lot of books on this subject, I only trust my own direct experience, so if anybody knows resources that are useful to either path, they could share it…..
